Entiro Systems Ltd. is the personal consulting vehicle for Gerald Perkins. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary I have persued a career in software development. The majority of my years as a developer have been spent as a principal with small and mid-sized software development firms. As such I have worked in all management levels and have developed an understanding and skill set for most roles within the development community. As the computing science world has matured I have been exposed to emerging technologies, incorporating them in my skill set.

I enjoy working in a team environment regardless of my role but am also successful working independently on projects. I communicate effectively with clients and am adept at gathering requirements and delivering robust, extensible applications which meet or exceed expectations.

My interests are eclectic. When not actively involved with client application development I enjoy working on my own computer projects and staying current with new technologies and development strategies.

Nature Conservancy of Canada - Property Bookings

The Alberta division of the NCC required a website to manage property bookings. Site users can register or login in order to book specific properties over a property specific booking period.

Real Estate Map Interface

This site was created to demonstrate a map based interface which required a multilingual and dual currency interface.

Drought Animation

The site demonstrates a chronological animation of drought intensity grouped by U.S states.

Location Demographics

A beta implementation of the Foxterra Infosight.ca web portal. This site is used by commercial real estate brokers to evaluate location analysis for medical professionals.
